Using tools and laying pipes at the same time is difficult. No tools are required for BasicRail and BasicGrip. This means that one person can lay the pipes alone when using BasicRail and BasicGrip.
For BasicRail the rails need to be installed first. The BasicGrip panel, on the other hand, contains both insulation and knobs that hold the pipes in place. That means fewer work processes with BasicGrip.
BasicClipTM is an easy way to lay out floorheating pipes which uses clips to mount the pipes to the insulation layer. The clips are easily applied using the Danfoss BasicClipTM tool, which ensures a sound ergonomic working position.
BasicRail is easily installed simply by gluing the rails on to the insulation layer. The rails come in 2 versions, for 16 mm and 20 mm Danfoss composite pipe.
BasicGripTM is a fast and easy way to lay out floor heating pipes. BasicGripTM consists of a polystyrene panel with a layer of foil. The surface is designed to grip and hold the 16 mm Danfoss composite pipes firmly in place. The BasicGripTM panel eliminates the need for tools in the installation process.
